Opera returns to Hialeah

Florida Grand Opera and the City of Hialeah are pleased to announce two family-friendly events coming to The Milander Center for Arts and Entertainment this March. We hope you will join us for another month of fun, family-friendly events!

BACK BY POPULAR DEMAND! In the second installment of ¡Ópera Viva, Viva Ópera! Florida Grand Opera Young Artists will perform operatic standards and Spanish-language favorites in a semi-staged concert. Enjoy a brilliant evening of scenes from the most beloved operatic repertoire. Light bites and drinks will be served before the performance. Purchase tickets today!

FGO's popular Family Day is coming to Hialeah! Explore the opera world with an instrument petting zoo, arts and crafts, interactive production workshops, musical performances and so much more. The day concludes with an exciting performance of Gian Carlo Menotti’s The Telephone. Bring your friends and family to experience a day full of musical fun!

Famous Food Trucks will also be onsite for food purchases.
